Do I need a Canva account?

Yes, and a free one is enough. Every template opens in Canva, and everything you need to edit it is available on the free plan.

Do I need design experience?

No. You replace text by clicking on it, and photographs by dragging your own onto the placeholders. Nothing has to be drawn or built from scratch.

When do I receive my template?

Straight after purchase. Your template link is sent to the email address you use at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Can I use one template for more than one wedding?

Each purchase covers one wedding. The templates are for personal use and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

Can I change the colours and fonts?

Yes. Every colour, typeface, photograph and line of text is editable. We suggest keeping one untouched copy as a master before you begin.

What can I do with the finished design?

Publish it as a website with its own link, or download it as a PDF, PNG or MP4, whichever suits how you want to send it.

Will it work on a phone?

Yes. Every website template is built mobile first, because that is where most of your guests will open it.

Can I add our own photographs?

Yes. Every image in the template can be replaced with your own.

Is the text in English only?

The templates are written in English, and you can replace every word with any language Canva supports.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable. If a file will not open, or something is missing, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right.
