Refund policy
Digital products — all sales are final
Every item in this shop is a digital product. Access is delivered immediately after purchase and nothing is shipped.
Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please review the product photos and description carefully before you buy.
If something goes wrong, tell us.
If your template link does not open, if a file appears to be damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it. In practice this almost always means resending your access — but if we cannot deliver a working file, we will refund you in full.
What we cannot refund
- A change of mind after access has been delivered
- Difficulty using Canva itself (we will help, but this is not a fault in the product)
- Purchasing the wrong template by mistake
